Step 1: Efficient Needs Analysis. The Edulearn team will meet with your business owners and subject matter experts to verify your desired outcomes and learning objectives. We’ll also perform a quick audience analysis and review your organization’s Instructional Technology needs.
Step 2: Instructional Design. Our Instructional Design team will work with your subject matter experts to design engaging and highly interactive elearning customized to address your specific needs. This may entail traditional WBT or CBT, an advanced online simulation, serious game or blended learning.
Step 3: Multimedia Design. While your elearning scripts are in the works, our multimedia design team will establish the creative vision for your program—incorporating your organization’s unique branding—with a level of sophistication that sets our elearning programs apart from the rest.
Step 4: eLearning Development. Once we’ve gotten your approval on the elearning script and creative vision, our Instructional Technology team will convert them into engaging and interactive elearning that efficiently transfers the required knowledge to your learners
Step 5: Publish. The completed courseware will be published to the format required, SCORM or AICC for delivery via a Learning Management System (LMS), HTML for direct access over the web or as an executable for hard copy delivery via CD.
